A Resource for Ministry Personnel beginning new pastoral relationships
United Fresh Start for Your Community of Faith is a resource for Ministry Personnel in a new pastoral relationship. This resource offers modified versions of four United Fresh Start modules that can be used to help a new pastoral relationship begin well. The ministry personnel and congregation explore together the history of the congregation(s), beginning and ending pastoral relationships well, habits norms and expectations, and clarity of roles and relationships. Seeking help from a trained United Fresh Start facilitator is recommended, but the the resource may also be used with leadership from the ministry personnel and congregation members.
